1. General

Sri Vasantham Promoters is engaged in real estate development, property promotion, land sales, and related services. All dealings are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

2. Property Information
   • All project details, layouts, brochures, advertisements, pricing, and specifications are provided for general informational purposes only.
   • The company reserves the right to modify plans, specifications, amenities, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
   • Images, maps, and illustrations used in promotional materials are indicative and may differ from actual developments.

3. Registration and Documentation

• Buyers shall provide valid Identity proof, Address proof, PAN, Aadhaar, and other necessary documents as required by law.
• Registration charges, stamp duty, legal fees, taxes, and government levies shall be borne by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

4. Possession and Development

• Project completion and possession timelines are subject to approvals, force majeure events, weather conditions, government policies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
• The company shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

5. Billing and Payment Terms

• Payment schedules, booking amounts, and installment terms shall be communicated separately and must be adhered to by the purchaser.
• Receipts will be issued only for payments realized and credited to the company’s official account. Only payments made through approved billing methods and authorized official payment channels shall be accepted and acknowledged by the company. Any payment made without proper billing, invoice, or official acknowledgment shall not be considered valid or accepted by the company under any circumstances.

6. Development and Contractor Responsibility

• Sri Vasantham Promoters primarily undertakes property promotion and land development activities.
• Any construction, building, interior, or related civil works requested by purchasers may be carried out by independent third-party contractors.
• Purchasers are advised to independently verify and finalize agreements with contractors before commencement of any construction activity.

7. Legal Compliance

• All transactions are subject to local governing laws, land approvals, DTCP/RERA approvals (where applicable), and statutory regulations.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refund shall be applicable under any circumstances. However, the amount paid by the purchaser may be adjusted or transferred towards the purchase of land in any other project offered by Sri Vasantham Promoters, subject to availability and company approval. The purchaser shall not be entitled to claim repayment of the amount paid, and the company may provide an option to proceed with an alternative project or property.
• The company reserves the right to reject refund claims that do not comply with the agreed terms and conditions.

9. Amendments

Sri Vasantham Promoters reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice

We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it
